Games marked Zuppy Original were made by ZuppyGames and are © ZuppyGames, including their code, graphics and names. You can play them for free on this site. Copying, selling or publishing them elsewhere without our written permission is not allowed.
3. Games from other developers
Some games come from other developers and are shown on the site in an embedded player. They belong to their creators, and their own terms may also apply.
4. Accounts
You can create an account to keep your favorites, avatar and profile. Keep your password safe. Do not use offensive names or pretend to be someone else. We may remove accounts that break these rules.
5. Fair play
Do not try to hack, overload or disrupt the site, and do not use it for anything illegal.
6. No warranty
The site is provided as is. We do our best, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we are not responsible for indirect losses from using it.
